Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with ADN, Diploma, or BSN.
• Active RN license in Missouri or a compact state.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Participate in an 8–16 week RN Residency with hands-on training.
• Receive one-on-one preceptor mentoring and classroom learning.
• Provide patient care across Medical-Surgical units and collaborate with team.
