Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospital is seeking a New Grad RN Resident for the Medical Telemetry unit. You will join a close-knit team and participate in a one-year Nurse Residency program with structured learning tracks, simulation, and hands-on training.

Qualifications

• State RN licensure in good standing
• BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross
• New graduate RN or less than one year of RN experience

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care on the 7M Medical Telemetry unit
• Collaborate with care team including a success coach
• Establish and revise priorities based on patient acuity and resource availability
• Document in patients’ medical records
• Seek supervision and escalation when needed
