Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital is seeking a New Grad RN Resident for the Med/Surg & Telemetry unit in Cleveland, OH. This role supports new graduates as they build nursing skills within a structured residency program.

Compensation ranges from $36 to $56 per hour for full-time night shifts. Eligible benefits include RN loan repayment, tuition reimbursement, relocation assistance and wellness resources.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (ADN or BSN) required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist fellow caregivers in delivering exceptional patient care.
• Interact directly with patients, families, and visitors to enhance their experience.
• Participate in a residency core curriculum based on individual learning needs.
• Provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach.
• Establish and/or revise priorities for patient care.
• Respond to data indicating risk to patients’ health and initiate corrective actions.
• Seek supervision and assistance when unable to perform safely and independently.
• Document in patients’ medical records.
