Qualifications

• BLS and ACLS certifications required or obtained within specified timelines.
• Nursing degree from an accredited program (AS/BSN) required.
• RN license or graduate nurse status in the state.
• No prior RN experience is required for the residency program.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition at admission and during each shift, reporting changes.
• Perform procedures, monitoring, and care per physician orders; document care in medical records.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor therapeutic responses.
• Provide prompt, exceptional care and anticipate patient needs.
• Educate patients and families about condition, treatment, and follow-up.
