Piedmont Atlanta Hospital in Georgia is hosting a 12-month Nurse Residency program designed to transition new graduates from student to professional nurse through education, mentorship and blended learning experiences.

RN residents will develop clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork while working in Acute Care units such as Post-Surgical/GI, Neurology, Orthopedics, Renal, Oncology and General Medical.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• New Graduates eligible.
• Current Georgia RN license and BLS CPR certification.
• BSN preferred; advanced certification encouraged where applicable.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care across the lifespan using nursing processes.
• Coordinate patient care activities with the health care team.
• Maintain standards of practice and ensure quality nursing care.
