Job summary

Trinity Health Grand Rapids is hiring for an RN Residency position designed to support new graduates transitioning to practice. As a Magnet-designated facility, we value your voice, support shared decision-making, and help you grow from day one through our ANCC-accredited Nurse Residency Program and hands-on mentorship.

You will provide patient care with experienced nurses, build clinical confidence in a real-world setting, and continue learning through guided practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with at least 600 clinical hours in an acute care setting.
• BSN Required or enroll in BSN within 6 months of starting employment and complete within 4 years.
• Active Michigan RN license at the start of the cohort.
• Current BLS certification (AHA).
