Job summary

Trinity Health Grand Rapids offers an RN Residency Program to help new graduates transition from nursing student to practicing nurse in a Magnet-designated facility. You will join a team that values mentorship, hands-on experience, and shared decision-making from day one.

You will work full time on a 12-hour night shift, 36 hours per week, with a clear path to professional growth and comprehensive benefits starting Day One, including low-cost medical, dental, and vision coverage and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program with clinical hours and transition to practice requirements.
• BSN required; if not in BSN program, enroll within 6 months and complete within 4 years.
• Active Michigan RN license at cohort start and current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care with support from experienced nurses.
• Build clinical confidence in a real-world setting.
