Job summary

Piedmont Atlanta Hospital offers a 12-month RN Residency Program beginning October/November 2026. The program supports new graduates with precepted orientation, mentorship, and blended learning to build clinical judgment and communication skills across Acute Care, Critical Care, ED, Women's Services, and more.

Residents will participate in didactic content tailored to new graduates and enjoy cohort experiences designed to strengthen professional commitment and peer support.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program (for those graduating August 2026 or earlier).
• Current Georgia RN license or NLC/eNLC multistate license.
• BLS CPR certification (please upload your BLS CPR card to your application).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care from birth through the lifecycle using nursing processes.
• Coordinate patient care activities and maintain standards of practice while ensuring quality care.
