You’ll join a dedicated group of caregivers and participate in a one-year Nurse Residency program with multiple tracks to support your growth.

The role involves night shifts 7:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m. with weekend/holiday rotation. Minimum qualifications include RN licensure and BLS; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing (Diploma, ADN or BSN).
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA or Red Cross.
• New grad or <1 year RN experience; acute care setting exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach.
• Establish and/or revise priorities for patient care based on acuity and preferences.
• Respond to data indicating risk to patients’ health and initiate corrective action.
• Seek supervision and assistance when unable to perform safely.
• Document in patients’ medical records.
