Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Hillcrest Hospital, a Magnet-recognized facility, seeks an RN for its 5th Floor General Medicine/Geriatric unit. You’ll deliver direct nursing care, work with a dedicated coach, and set priorities based on patient needs and resources in a supportive, growth‑oriented environment.

The role includes a one-year Nurse Residency with tracks, RN loan repayment, tuition reimbursement, and relocation assistance if needed. Day shifts, every other weekend/holiday, safety resources provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing.
• Current state licensure as an RN.
• BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross).
• New grad or <1 year RN inpatient experience or transitioning to acute direct care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care on the 5th Floor General Medicine/Geriatric unit.
• Collaborate with a success coach and multi-disciplinary team to prioritize patient care.
• Document in patients’ medical records and adjust care based on acuity and resources.
