SEO HSHS St. Elizabeth's Hospital in O'Fallon, IL is recruiting newly graduated nurses to join our compassionate healthcare team, with placements across Medical‑Surgical, OB, ICU, ED, CDU, Telemetry and the OR.

This full‑time night position offers a 36‑hour week (7pm–7am) with a sign‑on incentive up to $12,500 and a pay range of $32.00–$48.00 per hour, depending on experience and credentials.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program and eligible for RN licensure in the state.
• BLS certification required; healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care across Medical-Surgical, OB, ICU, ED, CDU, Telemetry and OR.
• Deliver patient-centered care and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Adhere to hospital policies and maintain high safety and quality standards.

Education Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice is required. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred.

Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice is required. Wisconsin: RNs may practice with a valid multi-state RN license as outlined in the Nurse Licensure Compact rules. Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
