Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health in Temple, TX is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join our Progressive Care Unit. The unit cares for renal, urology, transplant, dialysis, and related conditions, with a 36-hour work week on day shifts.

Responsibilities include PD management, catheter care, and post-procedure support. Ideal candidates hold an RN license, ADN (BSN preferred), and have at least 6 months of RN experience, with BLS within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Graduate of RN School of Nursing.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Active RN License.
• Minimum of 6 Months of RN experience.
• BLS required within 30 days of hire or transfer.

Responsibilities

• Peritoneal Dialysis management
• Epidural
• Continuous Bladder Irrigation
• Nephrostomy and Urostomy care
• Complex urinary catheter insertions and care
• Suprapubic catheter insertion and care
• Fistula access
