Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Memorial Hospital in Temple, TX, is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for a Progressive Care Unit focused on Renal Transplant, Urology, PD, and related renal care. This 36-hour/week night shift sits on STC 3, a 35-bed unit with lead-lined rooms for radioactive therapies and a teaching hospital environment.

You will gain hands-on experience with PD management, bladder irrigation, catheter care, and ultrasound-guided IV training, plus opportunities for specialty

Qualifications

• RN graduate with active license and BLS certification.
• ADN required; BSN preferred for advancement.
• Minimum 6 months RN experience in acute care settings.

Responsibilities

• Peritoneal dialysis management.
• Epidural administration and care.
• Continuous bladder irrigation.
• Nephrostomy and urostomy care.
• Complex urinary catheter insertions and care.
• Suprapubic catheter insertion and care.
• Fistula access and related nursing tasks.
