Baylor Scott & White Memorial Hospital in Temple, TX invites a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Progressive Care Unit. This full-time role offers 36 hours weekly with day or night shifts, focusing on complex renal and transplant-related patient care in a Magnet-designated teaching hospital.

Qualifications

• RN license and BLS certification required.
• Experience in progressive care or transplant-related units preferred.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide peritoneal dialysis management and catheter care.
• Administer medications and monitor renal transplant related treatments.
• Support epidural and other specialized nursing care as needed.
• Perform complex urinary catheter insertions and care.
• Participate in ultrasound-guided IV insertion training.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to optimize patient outcomes.
