Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a full‑time Registered Nurse for our Progressive Care Unit in Temple, TX. The unit treats renal transplant, urology, peritoneal dialysis, and other complex cases, with a focus on high‑quality patient outcomes.

The role includes night shift, 36 hours per week, and opportunities for professional growth and certifications within a Magnet‑designated system.

Qualifications

• RN license is required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of start.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care on a unit focusing on renal transplant, urology, peritoneal dialysis, and pulmonary hypertension.
• Perform procedures such as epidural, continuous bladder irrigation, nephrostomy care, and catheter insertions.
• Deliver patient education and participate in a multidisciplinary team.
