What You Can Expect From This Role

• Remote Patient Management support available 24/7
• Support patients at home via virtual monitoring and collaboration
• Patients receive iPad and vital sign equipment for 30, 60, or 90 days
• On-site position in a high-tech facility; NOT remote work
• Full-time (0.9 FTE), day shifts (7 am-7 pm), 12-hour shifts; rotating weekends and holidays
• Certification pay available

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor of Nursing preferred
• 3+ years RN experience; telemetry/cardiac background helpful
• Current RN license in practice state and BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross
