Job summary

Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) seeks a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) in North Branch, Minnesota, to support adults and children with developmental, physical, and mental health needs across RSI programs. The role includes remote work and on-site support with travel to Duluth, East Central Minnesota, and Northern St.

Louis County, plus occasional on-site backup for the Cambridge RCS/IRTS program. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with rotating after-hours on-call and compensation

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Ability to travel between RSI programs as needed.
• Master's or graduate degree in a behavioral sciences or related field may be required.
• Experience coordinating care and supervising medication administration is preferred.
• Background checks and MVR checks required.

Responsibilities

• Complete nursing assessments for individuals upon admission and develop individualized medical care plans.
• Monitor and support individuals' physical and mental health needs, coordinate follow-up.
• Provide medication oversight, including delegation, training, monitoring, and documentation.
• Provide guidance and training to staff regarding medication administration and health needs.
• Monitor compliance with health care plans, nursing standards, and regulations; follow up on concerns.
• Oversee medical records and coordinate medical appointments.
