Rehabilitation Hospital of Oak Creek is a brand-new 40-bed inpatient rehabilitation facility in Oak Creek, WI. We are seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts (3x12s) to deliver high-quality, compassionate care and participate in a multidisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes patient assessments, individualized care plans, family teaching, and accurate documentation, with a sign-on bonus up to $15,000 and a comprehensive benefit package.

Qualifications

• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.
• Requires critical thinking, decisive judgement and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Experience: One year previous experience preferred.
• Licensure: Active Wisconsin or compact RN license before employment.
• Education: Associate's Degree required.

Responsabilités

• Performs accurate patient assessments and identifies patient needs.
• Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provides patient and family teaching throughout the rehabilitation stay and prior to discharge.
• Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient.
• Works cooperatively with other members of the interdisciplinary team.
• Participates in Continuous Quality and Performance Improvement (CQPI).
• Performs timely documentation relating to medical necessity.
• Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan.
