Job summary

Freeman Health System is seeking a registered nurse to deliver comprehensive patient care through the nursing process across the care continuum. You will assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care while coordinating with the health team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Applicants must hold an Arkansas RN license or a compact-state license valid in residence; 3+ years of acute care experience is preferred. This is a FULL TIME, on-site role at Freeman Health System.

Qualifications

• Current Arkansas RN license or current RN license from a compact state; compact license must be in the nurse’s state of residence.

What You’ll Do

Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. Responsible for directing, coordinating all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.

Requirements

Current Arkansas Registered Nurse license or current Registered Nurse license from a compact state. If a compact license is held, it must be in the nurse’s state of residence.

Preferred Requirements

3+ years RN experience in an acute care inpatient hospital setting.
