Job summary

Freeman Health System in Springdale is seeking an experienced registered nurse for the Freeman Springdale Rehab unit. You will deliver patient care through the nursing process, assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.

Current Arkansas RN license or compact-state license required; 3+ years RN experience in acute hospital setting preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Arkansas Registered Nurse license or current Registered Nurse license from a compact state.
• If a compact license is held, it must be in the nurse's state of residence.
• 3+ years RN experience in acute care in hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Direct and coordinate nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices.

What You'll Do

Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. Responsible for directing, coordinating all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.

Requirements

Current Arkansas Registered Nurse license or current Registered Nurse license from a compact state. If a compact license is held, it must be in the nurse's state of residence.

Preferred Requirement

3 plus years RN experience in an acute care in hospital setting.
