Qualifications

• RN license required or eligible in AZ
• BCLS required
• ACLS preferred
• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in acute care setting

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers patient-centered care following nursing process.
• Performs thorough patient assessments and documents findings.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors for side effects.
• Collaborates with physicians and the care team to develop and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Responds to medical emergencies and participates in CPR/code team activities as needed.
• Ensures infection control protocols and patient safety standards are followed.
• Maintains accurate nursing records and documents education provided to patients and families.
