Job summary

NHS Management, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our long-term care and rehabilitation team in Alabama. You will provide comprehensive nursing care, monitor residents, administer medications, and work with a multidisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state you wish to work.
• Geriatric care, long-term care, or rehabilitation nursing experience preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification required (ACLS a plus).

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care as a key member of the RN team.
• Monitor residents’ conditions, perform assessments, and document changes.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and RN protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to implement care plans.
• Educate residents and families on health conditions and care plans.
• Maintain RN documentation in EMR.
• Ensure a safe, clean, therapeutic environment for residents.
• Supervise CNAs and support direct care staff.
