PAM Health Wiregrass Ranch is opening a brand-new rehabilitation hospital this fall. The Registered Nurse (RN) will deliver, direct, and supervise patient care in the nursing unit, coordinating interdisciplinary plans and discharge planning while educating patients and families for post-hospitalization needs.

Under the direction of Nursing leadership, responsibilities may include Charge Nurse duties; ACLS certification is required within 90 days, and BLS is required now, with certifications

Qualifikationen

• Holds a current licensure as a registered nurse (RN) in the state where the hospital resides, or compact licensure if state participates.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Evidence of ACLS certification is required within 90 days of employment.
• BLS and ACLS certifications must be AHA approved within 90 days of employment.
• Current ACLS certification is required for Charge Nurses.

Aufgaben

• Utilize the nursing process while delivering, directing and supervising care to patients admitted to the nursing unit.
• Plan, coordinate, and provide patient care including interdisciplinary planning, discharge planning, patient and family teaching for post-hospitalization, and accessing community resources.
• May perform other related duties as assigned, including Charge Nurse responsibilities (ACLS certification required).
