Qualifications

• Active Virginia RN license.
• Minimum 1 year in home health or hospice.
• Strong communication and caregiving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care to patients and families.
• Assess and monitor patient conditions; adjust plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and families on care tasks and safety.
• Collaborate with the care team to maintain quality of life at home.
