SCHOFIELD&ASSOCIATES LLC is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients' homes across the Bloomington, IN area.

Join a team focused on compassionate patient care, flexible scheduling, and strong support from leadership. You’ll assess patients, develop care plans, administer treatments, and educate families to promote wellness and independence.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana RN license.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and organization.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused.

Responsibilities
