This Monday–Friday role emphasizes compassionate leadership and adherence to policy, with focus on coordination of care and assessment.

The RN Unit Manager will supervise daily tasks, mentor staff, monitor outcomes, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to maintain safety and regulatory compliance in a long-term care

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Experience in a similar role.
• Proven leadership and management skills in long-term care setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the nursing unit, including assignment of tasks and delegate responsibilities to team members as needed
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
• Ensure that all resident care is delivered in accordance with center policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations
• Monitor and report on resident outcomes and quality metrics, making adjustments to improve care
• Lead and participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and satisfaction
• Participate in staff education and training to address knowledge gaps and ensure high-quality care

Your expertise will be critical in managing the care of our residents, collaborating with our interdisciplinary team, and ensuring that our center maintains the highest standards of quality and safety.

RN Unit Manager Responsibilities:
