Qualifications

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania.
• SNF or LTC experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Experience with dementia care, care planning, and staff supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all clinical care on an assigned unit.
• Lead, mentor, and support licensed and non-licensed nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and CMS regulations.
• Participate in care planning, admissions, and clinical documentation.
• Support infection control, quality improvement, and resident safety initiatives.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver resident-centered care.

WeCare Centers at Sycamore Care Center is hiring an experienced RN Unit Manager to join our Long-Term Care community in Montoursville, PA. This leadership opportunity is ideal for an RN with SNF or LTC experience—or a Charge Nurse ready to step into a management role—who is passionate about quality care, team leadership, and resident outcomes.

Monday thru Friday schedule w/occasional on call

Key Responsibilities
