Deer Meadows Rehabilitation Center in Philadelphia, PA seeks an experienced RN Supervisor for the Evening Shift. You will oversee RNs and CNAs, develop care plans, and ensure high quality, individualized resident care.

Responsibilities include rounds, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, mentoring staff, and maintaining regulatory compliance. Monday–Friday with on-call rotation, competitive salary, and growth opportunities within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold PA RN license and be eligible to practice in Pennsylvania.
• Prior experience in long-term care or rehabilitation nursing.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting with multiple tasks.
• Solid clinical nursing knowledge and practice.
• Ability to lift, transfer and reposition residents as needed.

RN Registered Nurse Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of Registered Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and other healthcare personnel on the evening shift
