Job summary

Carolinas ContinueCARE Hospital at Pineville is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct hire, full-time opportunity in Pineville, NC. This LTAC setting serves medically complex patients recovering from serious conditions with a collaborative, interdisciplinary team.

You will provide direct care, monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, educate patients and families, and ensure compliance with all policies and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in North Carolina or a compact state.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to excellence in patient care.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings.
