Job summary

Vibra Healthcare's Carolinas ContinueCARE Hospital at Pineville in Pineville, NC seeks experienced Registered Nurses to provide direct care to critically ill patients in a Long-Term Acute Care setting.

You will collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team, monitor progress, administer medications, educate patients and families, and ensure compliance with policies while delivering compassionate, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in NC or compact state.
• 1+ year acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and document clinical findings.
