Carolinas ContinueCARE Hospital at Pineville is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct hire, full-time opportunity in Pineville, NC. Join a specialized LTAC team delivering high-acuity care and strong patient outcomes.

You will provide direct care, collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team, monitor patient progress, administer medications, educate patients and families, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in North Carolina or compact state.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings.
• Educate patients and families, and serve as an advocate for long-term health and recovery.
