ContinueCARE Hospital at Hendrick Medical Center in Texas is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for a direct hire, full-time LTAC role providing care to medically complex patients recovering from critical conditions.

You will collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team, monitor patients, administer medications, educate families, and ensure compliance with policies while delivering compassionate, high-quality care in a specialized LTAC setting.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to excellence in patient care.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
