Job summary

Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct hire, full-time position with a LTAC partner. You will provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients in a specialty LTAC setting.

Responsibilities include collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, monitoring progress, administering treatments, educating families, and ensuring compliance with policies and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Active RN license
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred
• BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of hire
• Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to excellence in patient care
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset
