Job summary

Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct hire, full-time position in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) setting. You will provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients and work with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

The role requires an active RN license and 1+ year of acute care/ICU/LTAC experience, with BLS mandatory and ACLS due within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings.
• Educate patients and families, and advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
