Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct-hire, full-time position in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) setting in Brady, Texas. You will care for critically ill patients, coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, and document care plans while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires an active RN license, 1+ year acute care/ICU/LTAC experience, BLS, and ACLS within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Active RN license or eligibility in Texas.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings.
• Educate patients and families, and advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with all policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
