Vibra Healthcare's Carolinas ContinueCARE Hospital at Pineville is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join a direct-hire, full-time team in Pineville, NC, caring for medically complex and critically ill patients in a Long Term Acute Care setting.

As an RN, you will collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team, monitor patient progress, administer medications, educate families, and advocate for long-term recovery while complying with policies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required; ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• Active RN license in North Carolina or compact state.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to coordinate care plans.
