Vibra Healthcare's Carolinas ContinueCARE Hospital at Pineville, NC seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for a direct hire, full-time position in a LTAC setting caring for medically complex patients.

You will collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team, monitor progress, administer medications, educate families, and advocate for long‑term recovery while upholding regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in North Carolina or a compact state.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to excellence in patient care.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
