Job summary

Vibra Healthcare seeks a skilled RN for a direct-hire, full-time position at its Pineville LTAC partner. You will provide direct care to medically complex patients, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and coordinate individualized care plans to support recovery in a high-acuity setting.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in North Carolina or a compact state.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Coordinate individualized care plans with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document findings.
• Educate patients and families and advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with policies, standards and regulatory guidelines.
