BayCare is hiring a Clinical Nurse at Mease Countryside Hospital. The RN will care for a patient group with minimal supervision, apply nursing processes per clinical standards, and delegate tasks to the care team. The role emphasizes professional accountability and ongoing development.

Responsibilities include promoting evidence-based care and clinical excellence, with a 6:45pm–7:15am shift, full-time status, and benefits through BayCare's network of hospitals and services.

Qualifications

• RN license active and in good standing.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification if required by department.
• Preferred Nurse Specialty noted by department.
