Job summary

Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct hire, full-time opportunity with a trusted LTAC partner in Kentucky.

Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, monitoring progress, administering medications, and educating patients and families while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Kentucky or compact state.
• At least 1 year of acute/ICU/LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS certification; ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient care.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings
• Educate patients and families, and serve as an advocate for long‑term health and recovery

Qualifications
