Job summary

Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct hire, full-time opportunity within a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) partner. You will provide direct nursing care to high-acuity patients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in Kentucky.

Responsibilities include monitoring and administering treatments, documenting findings, educating patients and families, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

What We’re Looking For

• Active RN license in Kentucky or compact state
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred
• BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of hire
• Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to excellence in patient care
