Job summary

Vibra Permanent Staffing is hiring experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct‑hire, full‑time LTAC partner. You will provide direct care, coordinate plans with the team, monitor progress, and educate patients and families in a high‑acuity setting.

The role requires an active Kentucky (or compact) RN license, 1+ year in acute care/LTAC, BLS, and ACLS within 90 days. Shift options include Fri–Sun days with a weekend differential, on site at our LTAC partner facility.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Kentucky or compact state.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care plans.
• Monitor progress, administer medications and treatments, and document findings.
• Educate patients and families, and advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
