Job Overview

This role acts as a leader in patient care, utilizing the nursing process within the framework of the Nurse Practice Act, ANA Code for Nurses, and Scope & Standards of Practice. It involves effective delegation, direction, and assistance to licensed and ancillary team members, accountability for patient outcomes, sensitivity to diversity, and support for the department’s strategic goals. Demonstrates professional responsibility and supports the company's nursing philosophy.

Education
  • Required: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
Work Experience
  • Required: None.
Certifications
  • Required: Current RN license in the state of practice.
  • Required: BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Preferred: Certification in a clinical specialty area.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Proficiency with computers, software, and web applications.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
