Conducting comprehensive patient assessments and recognize subtle clinical changes, using your judgement to intervene early and advocate for your patients

To be considered for this RN opportunity, you must hold an active New Jersey Registered Nurse licence in good standing or Multistate RN Licence with NJ Endorsement and a current American Heart Association BLS certification and ACLS certification required within 6 months from the date of hire. A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is strongly preferred, as is prior patient care experience and comfort with electronic medical record systems (EMR) like EPIC. Telemetry/Medical‑Surgical hospital 1–2 years of experience is required; intermediate care and ventilator experience preferred. This position offers a full‑time night schedule from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. Three 12hr shifts, weekends and rotating holidays. Schedule during the week will vary depending on department needs, allowing you to build strong patient relationships while maintaining balance.
