you must hold an active New Jersey Registered Nurse license in good standing or Multistate RN License with NJ Endorsement and a current American Heart Association BLS certification and ACLS certification required within 6 months from the date of hire. A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is strongly preferred, as is prior patient care experience and comfort with electronic medical record systems (EMR) like EPIC. Telemetry/Medical-Surgical hospital 1-2 years of experience is required; intermediate care and ventilator experience preferred. This position offers a per diem night schedule from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. Per Diem requirement is a minimum of 4 shifts per month, one summer and one winter holiday. Schedule during the week will vary depending on department needs, allowing you to build strong patient relationships while maintaining balance.
