Job summary

Texas Health Ft. Worth is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Maternal Newborn for part-time rotating shifts. You will join the Women’s Center, a MAGNET and Maternal Level IV facility, delivering high-quality mother and baby care in a 27-bed unit.

In this role, you will provide breastfeeding education/resources and support for both mom and baby in Couplet Care, with opportunities for education and career growth within a collaborative leadership environment.

• Work location: Texas Health Ft. Worth, 1300 Pennsylvania Avenue, Fort Worth, TX 76104
• The Women’s Center at Texas Health Ft. Worth, a MAGNET, and Texas 10-Step facility, has been named “Best Place to Have a Baby” and Maternal Level IV designated facility
• Work hours: Part-Time Rotating shifts (both 6:45PM-7:15AM and 6:45AM-7:15PM) for 24 hours/week, withWeekend and holiday requirements

Maternal/Newborn, Couplet Care Department highlights:

• Self-Scheduling that helps with work/life balance as well as opportunities for educational and career growth
• Robust Unit Based Council (UBC) and engaged leadership team
• 27-bed Maternal/Newborn unit
• Average between 275 to 300 deliveries per month
• Utilize the following skills: Breastfeeding education/resources, responsible for both mom and baby (Couplet Care)
