Summary of Position: Responsible for evaluating, providing, and improving nursing services for patients through efficient planning, directing, coordinating, and controlling material and human resources.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Nursing
• Five (5) years of clinical experience
• Progressive leadership experience
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment or holds a multistate RN license via the Nurse Licensure Compact
• BLS certification required prior to orientation completion
