Job summary

BayCare Health Systems is seeking experienced Labor and Delivery Registered Nurses to join its staffing resource office team. This 13-week pool assignment offers 3x12 hour shifts with every other weekend and hourly pay, with locations across all BayCare facilities.

Required: 2 years L&D RN experience with antepartum, labor, c-section and related procedures; BLS/NRP; independent transportation; travel experience preferred; charge nurse experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years minimum Labor and Delivery RN experience with antepartum, labor, c-section, tubals, circulate & recover, transition infants, OB urgent care.
• Charge nurse experience and 3+ years L&D strongly preferred.
• BLS and NRP certifications are required.
• AWHONN certification is preferred.
• Independent transportation for assignments/shifts is required.
• Travel nurse experience is preferred.
• Flexibility in scheduling is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide staffing for Labor and Delivery units across BayCare facilities.
• Perform nursing care for laboringpatients and newborns during 12-hour shifts.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure patient safety and quality of care.

Position Details:

• System Pool: 13-week assignment for assigned hospital and department - unit provided schedule (3x12 hour shifts with every other weekend) block scheduling not available.
• Status: Pool, hourly
• Shift Hours: Day Shift, 6:45PM - 7:15AM
• Weekend Work: Every Other
• On Call: No

Locations: All BayCare Facilities-Assignments based on needs of health system

Requirements:
