Job summary

BayCare Health System is seeking an IV Team RN in Bartow, FL. The Registered Nurse will care for a sub-specialty patient group, using the nursing process and clinical standards.

They will delegate appropriate tasks to the health care team and serve as preceptor or charge nurse when assigned, promoting evidence-based clinical care. Required are an RN license and BLS; education includes an Associate’s Degree or Nursing Diploma, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• RN licensure is required (state of Florida).
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience: 1 year acute care or 1 year interventional/procedural, or 6 months acute care or interventional with prior LPN experience and competency assessment.
• Education: Associate’s Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
