Job summary

BayCare is seeking an IV Team RN for Plant City, FL. The role focuses on delivering specialized care to a sub‑specialty patient group, guiding the nursing process and clinical standards across the care team.

The RN will delegate tasks, act as a preceptor and charge nurse when needed, and promote evidence‑based practices that reflect clinical excellence within BayCare Health System.

Qualifications

• RN license is required.
• BLS and ALCS is required.
• Required Associate’s Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.

BayCare is looking for its newest IV Team, RNin Plant City, FL.The IV Team Registered Nurse cares for a sub-specialty group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards. Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team. Responsible for professional accountability and development according to best practice standards set forth by a nationally recognized specialty organization. Performs the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned. Promotes evidence-based clinical care that exemplifies the pursuit of clinical excellence.

Shift Hours: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM

Shift: Shift 1

Shift 1 = Days, 2 = Evenings, 3 = Nights, 4 = Varies
